I took part in a taster session and it was great. I took the opportunity to ask a few questions to which I received a great explanation and demonstration. Overall the session was great and we really focused on areas I was less comfortable with, i’d recommend these sessions for anyone who’s not as confident trying out new exercises or just wanting some general knowledge that will help with their fitness journey.
