Being new to the gym scene I was a bit nervous and didn’t have a great understanding of using the equipment. I met Bence and shortly after had my first 1 on 1 session with him. His attention to detail and calm approach made it really enjoyable and the same time, educational as I was able to gain a better understanding of workouts and what to do when working on different part of the body. His approach is very relaxed & he makes it fun but the progress is real!

Bence helped me get back on track after a number of injuries and years of picking up bad gym habits.
